Click the Preview Button 
in the toolbar or select Print Preview from the File menu.
The first page of the print preview appears. If the print includes multiple pages, then click the Left Arrow and Right Arrow Buttons to move through the pages. Dotted lines are displayed where folds (if any) are to be made.
Click the X Button to close the preview screen.
